My little one and I loved baby massage with Sadie. A lovely, relaxed atmosphere in a great location too.

Sadie made the classes a lovely place to be; filled with smiles, interesting information, great massaging techniques and facilitated relaxed mum chat to put everyone at ease and share experiences.

A really enjoyable, relaxing class which we’ll miss attending. I’m sad our sessions have ended

We had 1:1 sessions with Sadie who taught us how to massage our little boy from head to

Toe. Sadie gave us some bespoke massages, stretches and advice based on what Noah needed, for example to help with his gas. Always professional, patient (many times we had to start feeding or soothing Noah mid session!) and informative! We loved the games to start and end the session too. Would highly recommend!! I would highly recommend Sadie for baby massage! She made us feel very welcome and was always friendly and asking how we’d been and what we’d been up to through the week me and my little girl loved coming and with the booklet of all the things we’ve learnt we can carry on at home

The baby massage course was great, so relaxed and lots of time during classes to go over the diff techniques for each area of the body. The stretches and songs were a lovely addition too and my baby definitely enjoyed it! Will continue doing massage at home now I’ve learnt the techniques! Thank you Sadie

Just finished the five week course with Sadie and cannot recommend it enough! Definitely the best thing I did with my newborn. Felt completely comfortable breastfeeding my baby and the classes are very baby led so if baby needs a feed, change or sleep that’s fine! You can use a doll if your baby is asleep to practice the techniques and I found the information really useful for helping my baby with wind/colic/soothing etc. If you are thinking about booking, do it! thank you Sadie x

Just completed the baby massage course and would definitely recommend it, it has been very helpful and informative and Sadie is very welcoming and lovely my baby has definitely seemed more relaxed during the sessions!
